      织构铁电陶瓷是近四十年发展起来的、利用织构化技术提升铁电陶瓷性能的一类 材料,因压电性能远超随机取向陶瓷且成本低于单晶而备受关注。本文综述了钙钛矿结构织构 铁电陶瓷压电性能的研究进展;重点关注了织构陶瓷的表征和评价方法,钙钛矿结构铁电陶瓷 织构化工艺,织构水平的影响因素,以及铅基多元系、(Na, Bi)TiO3 基、(K, Na)NbO3 基、 BaTiO3 基和 BiScO3-PbTiO3 基等代表性材料体系压电性能及对比;最后,总结了织构钙钛矿铁 电陶瓷研究中存在的热点问题,并对发展方向进行了展望。
英文摘要:
      Textured ferroelectric ceramics are a class of materials developed in the past 40 years to improve performance of ferroelectric ceramics by texturing technique, which has attracted much attention for their piezoelectric properties far exceed random oriented ceramics and cost lower than single crystals. This review focuses on advances in textured ferroelectric ceramics with perovskite structure, including characterization and evaluation methods of textured ceramics, preparation process of perovskite ferroelectric ceramics, influencing factors of texture degree, and development of piezoelectric performances of representative ferroelectrics such as lead-based relaxor ferroelectrics, (Na, Bi)TiO3-based, (K, Na)NbO3-based, BaTiO3-based and BiScO3-PbTiO3 based ceramics. Finally, some hot issues in textured perovskite ferroelectric ceramics research are summarized, and future development is also prospected.
