      本文在Fe3+浓度1 mmol/L,反应温度60 °C,反应时间为2h的条件下,采用超声法在泡沫镍基体上用Fe3+引导制备Fe/Ni复合氧化物电极材料并研究了其超电容性能。结果表明:所获得的复合电极材料表面为微小均匀球状Fe/Ni复合氧化物。这一结构促进了电极活性物质与电解液之间的充分接触以及离子在电极体相中的吸附与脱附,使复合材料具有优异的超电容性能,比电容值高达196.5 F/g,内阻仅为7.79 Ω。

      In this paper, under the conditions of 1 M Fe3+ concentration, 60 °C reaction temperature and 2 h reaction time, the Fe/Ni composite oxide electrode material was prepared by ultrasonic method on the nickel foam substrate guided by Fe3+ and the supercapacitor performance is studied. The results show that the surface of the obtained composite electrode material is tiny uniform spherical Fe/Ni composite oxide, which ensure the contact of active material with electrolyte and facilitate the adsorption/desorption of ions in the electrode solution. Therefore, the composite oxide owns the highest specific capacitance of 196.5 F/g, and the resistance is only 7.79 Ω.
