In this paper, under the conditions of 1 M Fe3+ concentration, 60 °C reaction temperature and 2 h reaction time, the Fe/Ni composite oxide electrode material was prepared by ultrasonic method on the nickel foam substrate guided by Fe3+ and the supercapacitor performance is studied. The results show that the surface of the obtained composite electrode material is tiny uniform spherical Fe/Ni composite oxide, which ensure the contact of active material with electrolyte and facilitate the adsorption/desorption of ions in the electrode solution. Therefore, the composite oxide owns the highest specific capacitance of 196.5 F/g, and the resistance is only 7.79 Ω. |
