0.40Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-(0.6-x)PbZrO3-xPbTiO3 ceramics were prepared by high temperature solid state sintering. The phase structure, dielectric, and piezoelectric properties were investigated. The results show that all the samples are perovskite structure and without impurity phase. With the change of composition, the phase structure transformation from the rhombohedral phase to tetragonal phase, the optimized properties were achieved for the composition of x = 0.38 and the d33 = 520 pC/N, TC = 238 °C, kp = 0.60, kt = 0.52 and k33 = 0.73. |
