      随着中国城市化进程不断加快,盾构施工广泛应用,由此产生的盾构渣土已成为建筑垃圾的重要组成部分,其对生态环境与安全带来重大挑战。本文从盾构渣土的物理化学性质入手,概述了盾构渣土的处置方案及其在绿色建材中的应用现状,具体包括脱水、装运、改良等工艺,配置掘进泥浆,同步注浆砂源,制备陶粒、混凝土、免烧砖、新型墙材、水泥混合料等。通过本文梳理,以有效推动盾构渣土高效率处置与资源化利用,为推进生态文明建设、共建美好家园、建设资源节约型社会献力。

      With the continuous acceleration of China's urbanization process, shield construction has been broadly utilized, thus shield muck has become an important part of construction waste, which has brought significant challenges to the urban environment. This article started with the physical and chemical properties of shield muck, and summarized the disposal proposal of shield muck and its application status in green building materials, including dewatering, shipment, improvement technology, configuration of excavation mud, synchronous grouting sand source, preparation of ceramist, concrete, fire-free bricks, new wall materials, cement mixtures, etc. Through the analysis, in order to effectively promote the efficient disposal and resource utilization of shield muck, it is of great significance to promote the construction of ecological civilization, build a beautiful home together, and build a resource-saving society.
