本文以液相渗积原位固化工艺制备且样件恒重的针刺结构石英纤维增强石英陶瓷复合材料作为实验对象,通过真空浸渍硅油—固化—热处理工艺对其开展改性。讨论了浸渍硅油前后以及不同的热处理温度对该复合材料性能的影响以及断面显微结构。结果表明,改性后的材料体积密度由最初的1.482g/cm3最高可至1.732 g/ cm3;耐压强度随处理温度升高而增大,500℃处理后的高达84.4MPa;拉伸强度随温度升高呈下降趋势﹔弯曲强度随温度升高﹐先升高后下降﹐在160℃处理时达最高值43.2MPa,升幅达41.64%。 |

In this paper,SiO2f/SiO2 composite of needle punched structure was retreated by the vacuum pressure impregnation silicone oil at different cure temperatures. The volume density and mechanical property were investigated by means of Archimedes method and three point bending method while the microstructure was tested by SEM. The results showed that the volume density of composite was from the current 1.482g/cm3 to 1.732 g/cm3 . The compressive strength increased at higher temperatures,up to 84.4MPa at 500℃. The tensile strength was lower with the increase of temperature while the bending strength first added,and then reduced,and peaked at and 43.2MPa at 160℃with an increase of 41.64%. |
