非烧结陶瓷纤维多孔过滤材料的制备与性能

      采用真空抽滤成型和非烧结低温固化工艺,以硅酸铝陶瓷纤维、硅溶胶、羧甲基纤维素为主要原料,制备了陶瓷纤维多孔过滤材料。研究了原料配比和工艺参数对材料性能的影响。结果表明:最佳配方比例为陶瓷纤维2.5wt%,硅溶胶50wt%,水 47wt%,羧甲基纤维素0.5wt%,在抽滤时间为5 min,固化温度为150℃的条件下﹐可获得非烧结陶瓷纤维多孔过滤材料,其气孔率、抗折强度和压降分别为80.22%、1.83 MPa和 130 Pa。该制备方法为工业化生产高温烟气过滤材料提供了新的选择。

      Ceramic fiber porous filtration materials were prepared by vacuum filtration forming and low-temperature non-sintered solification,with aluminum silicate ceramic fiber,colloidal silica and carboxymethyl cellulose as main raw materials. The effects of raw material formulation and technological parameters on the properties of porous filter materials were studied. The results showed that the optimal formulation ratio was 2.5wt% of ceramic fiber,50wt% of colloidal silica, 47wt% of water and 0.5wt% of carboxymethyl cellulose.The non-sinter ceramic fiber porous filtration materials prepared by the optimum parameters of 5 min filtration time and 150℃ solification temperature exhibit the porosity of 80.22%,flexural strength of 1.83 MPa and pressure drop of 130 Pa. This method can provide a new choice for industrial production of high temperature flue gas filter materials.
