Continuous fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites (CFRCMCs) not only retained the characteristics of high strength,high hardness,high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of single ceramic materials,but also could improve the toughness of ceramic matrix and improved its comprehensive mechanical properties. It had excellent performance in high temperature field.It had been widely used in rocket engine nozzle,missile radome and other fields,which was a high-tech material field Fiber reinforced oxide matrix composites were an important branch in the field of CFRCMCs. In this paper,based on the current research progress,aiming at the matrix of ZrO2 composites,the properties,the latest progress and the main preparation process of four different reinforced fibers (carbon fiber,silicon carbide fiber,silicon oxide fiber,alumina fiber) reinforced ZrO2 composites were introduced. The future was prospected,and the existing probles and future development trend were pointed out. |
